Message from the President

I believe the future is not something we wait for—it is something we create.

When I founded Dandelions Inc., my starting point was a simple desire: to build a place where each person’s individuality and potential are truly recognized. Like the dandelion that takes root wherever it lands and later drifts as seed fluff toward new ground, people too can expand their possibilities through encounters and challenge. That is what I believe.

Our work is not merely building systems. It is combining technology and design to create new answers to the challenges that businesses and society face—and, in doing so, making the work and lives of the people involved a little more forward-looking than before.

Systems development, DX initiatives, our own services, talent development, and instructor dispatch. And beyond that, our overseas business that brings the culture and craft of Japanese artisans and creators to the world with a contemporary sensibility. The fields may look different, but one stance runs through them all: finding value that is not yet known, and connecting it to the future.

I am a business leader, and at the same time an instructor who stands with the next generation in educational settings. Every time I encounter the free thinking of young people, I am reminded that what changes the future is not a finished correct answer, but a small impulse that says, “I want to try.” That is why I want to create an environment where people can take on challenges without fear of failure—and to grow a team where each person’s strengths thrive, across age, experience, and position.

If we choose only stability, the view never changes. Question conventional wisdom, connect different domains, and give form to value that does not yet have a name. That first step takes courage—but beyond the challenge lie encounters and growth beyond imagination.
